What are adverb + adjective collocations? An adverb comes before an adjective to make it stronger or to show feeling. But not every adverb fits every adjective, so learn them as one chunk.

๐ก IELTS tip: Natural adverb + adjective pairs raise your Lexical Resource score. Use extremely important, highly successful, increasingly popular, widely known instead of repeating “very” again and again. Avoid very perfect, very essential; say absolutely perfect, absolutely essential.
